UK Orders: Free Standard Delivery on All Orders
All UK orders are arranged with Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48 with Signature’. The estimated delivery time for UK orders is within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed after 11 am on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so that you will be able to fully track your order as it passes through the Royal Mail network.
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: Whilst we will do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, any delays caused by third parties or unforeseeable circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to accept responsibility for delayed parcels.
INTERNATIONAL
International Orders: £15.00
All international orders are arranged with Royal Mail ‘International Tracked & Signed’. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 5 to 1 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed after 11 am on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location. We are pleased to cover all taxes and duties on orders going to the US. Regrettably, we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders outside of the UK and the US. Unfortunately, we cannot offer guidance on the domestic charges, as this varies across the countries.
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: Whilst we are able to ship globally, please be aware that due to current global situations, packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame. Royal Mail is monitoring for new announcements that may impact additional countries. The complete and constantly updated list of affected countries can be found on the Royal Mail International Incident Bulletin page. These unforeseeable circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to accept responsibility for delayed parcels.

AM I ABLE TO MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once orders have been placed, we are unable to change details or amend items within the order. Should you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please find further details in our Return Section below.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your shipping address is incorrect, we have a limited window that allows changes to be made to addresses. Please email our Support Team during business hours, and we will be happy to assist you.
CAN I DELIVER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, to ensure safe delivery and receipt of your Zephyne order, we are unable to deliver to unmanned PO Box numbers.
DO I NEED TO SIGN MY PARCEL?
For security purposes, we reserve the right to ask for a signature upon all Zephyne deliveries.
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact Royal Mail with your order directly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you have yet to receive your order after 15 working days in the UK, or 2 working days outside the UK, please contact our Support Team. We will investigate your order and contact Royal Mail for lost parcels. Please be aware that Royal Mail only undertakes a search for missing packages after 15 or 21 days respectively have elapsed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY?
In an unfortunate event where the package is rejected and ‘returned to sender’, or returned due to ‘delivery attempted – no answer’, a £5 ‘return to sender’ fee and a further £5 postage fee will be charged for UK orders. A £10 ‘return to sender’ fee and a further £15 postage fee will be charged for international orders.
RETURNS
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new Memento Jewellery is perfect for you. Should you have a change of heart, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. However, please note there are a couple of rules, and we hope you will understand that some items are unfortunately exempt from the right to return or exchange.
We are only able to accept returns on items sent back unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards, nor do we accept returns or exchanges on bespoke items or pieces that have been resized or altered. All sales are final on sale items.
UK RETURN
Prior to sending us your return, please request a return form from our Support Team. Please complete and enclose this form along with the items to ensure we can efficiently process your return.
We are working to provide complimentary returns on all UK orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns at this point. We strongly advise using an insured and tracked courier service to return the items to ensure your package is safely returned to us, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit. We always recommend retaining your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your items.

For international returns, please take care if a customs declaration form is required, and mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred, and the goods are not held at customs. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked, and a customs fee is incurred, this charge may be passed onto the sender and may delay the returns process.
EXCHANGE
We currently offer UK exchanges on ring sizes only.
Should you wish to exchange any other items, you are welcome to return your item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred piece.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. However, in some cases, due to the current global situation, this time frame may be extended. Once we check for the product authenticity, all refunds of unaltered and unworn products that have been correctly returned will be credited to the original method of purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs and expenses, including any duties and taxes, will be deducted from the refund.
